We want you to be head-over-heels in love with your skincare goodies. We're here to make returns as smooth as your skin. Have a look at these FAQs to guide you through the process:
1. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Send us a message via our contact form as soon as you receive your package. Our team is on standby to sort it out.
2. How do I qualify for a return?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging and we will arrange for it to be shipped back to us. We can't accept returns for products that have been visibly used.
3. What's the deal with refunds?
Once we receive your return, we will take a look at it and notify you immediately. If all is well, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Or if you prefer, we can also give you a store credit.
4. How long does it take to get my refund or store credit?
We will notify you as soon as a refund has been made. The timeframe for receiving your refund varies depending on your payment method and card issuer's policies. Store credit is immediate after confirmation from you if you would prefer a store credit.
5. Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with it?
If you receive something that you don't think you want, you can send it back to us if unopened and we will give you a store credit. You would just need to send it back within 5 days and ship it at your cost.
